About Us

We, the Gonis family, have been running the Schleifmühle Bacchus restaurant in Wiesbaden since 1987.

In addition to the homemade Greek starters, we serve a large selection of fresh fish, lamb and beef dishes from the charcoal grill.

We also offer seasonal dishes such as (asparagus, Easter lamb, and game dishes).

Anastasios Gonis (owner) had already worked for the predecessor for 3 years, then he took over the restaurant with his wife Stephanie Gonis on May 1, 1987.

The two sons Tommy & Dimitrios Gonis completed training as hotel specialists in well-known 5 star hotels in Wiesbaden and also work in the “family business”.
